Erica Muscatello joined Dermody, Burke & Brown in 2013.  As the Marketing Manager, she is responsible for the growth and advancement of the Firm through internal and external communications, public relations, advertising, and marketing planning.  With her 6+ years of industry experience, Erica specializes in digital marketing techniques such as social media strategy, content creation, and web analysis and maintenance for maximized optimization.  Through the Firm, she also provides marketing consulting and support to clients on social media strategy, public relations, ad/marketing collateral design, and basic web analysis and design.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Marketing, from Towson University and a Master of Science Degree in New Media Management from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.  She is a Board of Managers member for the Northwest YMCA and is a member of the Communications Committee for the Metro YMCA.  Erica is a Steering Committee member and Chair of the Marketing, Communications/Social Media Committee for the United Way of CNY Young Leaders United (YLU).  She also co-leads the Young Professionals Committee and the Wellness Committee at Dermody, Burke & Brown.  Erica resides in Baldwinsville with her husband James.
